To qualify for this event, you must be your club's gross or net champion, or the first runner up to the champion.
After The Field players will be allowed depending on the size of the Champions field and available carts.
ALL entrants will be placed on Wait List until number of Champions and number of carts required are known.
ENTRY FEES:
Champions Division - $87/Riding - $72 Walking
Entry fee includes Golf, Lunch, Range Balls, Sweeps
After the Field - $82/Riding - $67 Walking
Entry fee includes Golf, Range Balls and Lunch
Optional Items: Skins $5,
Ball on the Green - $1 minimum donation on site to Youth On Course.

Entries are accepted on a first come basis.
FORMAT:
Only Champions Field has competition. Individual Low Gross and Low Net of Champions Field, gross and net places within Champions field. All Champions field players compete in both gross and net contest regardless of how qualified.
After The Field players have no contest, but may register for optional SKINS.
Per USGA recommendations, all players will receive 95% of their course handicap. SKINS IS 100% handicap.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation date is 10 Days Prior at 11:59 P.M. for the cancellation cost of $10. All cancellations need to be submitted by the player, online, through their registration account. Any cancellation after the deadline is subject to a loss of all funds.
By registering for this event, you are agreeing to take sole financial responsibility for any damages that you may cause. This includes but is not limited to; damage to golf cart(s), the building facility, the course, or any bodily harm resulting in your actions. The NCGA, nor the facility, will be held liable for your personal actions.
ELIGIBILITY:
• Handicap Index: <Must play to handicap index of 40.4>
• Players MUST be Female age 18 or older.
• Players MUST be an active NCGA member to participate.
• NCGA tournaments are open to amateur golfers who are members of a current NCGA member club in good standing.
• The USGA’s definition of an amateur golfer is the standard of the NCGA. Participants must meet all the eligibility requirements for the event they are entering.

NOTES:
• All events will require that participants display proper golf etiquette and behaviors. This would include no denim, no cut-off clothing, the removal of hats when inside facility buildings and no foul language. Players could be given further prohibitions as the club sees fit but those will be provided in the player e-mail.
• The NCGA does have the right to remove anyone for not abiding by these rules at any time. Being removed from property would result in the loss of all funds.
• WEATHER: “Bad weather” (i.e. rain, wind) itself does not warrant cancelling this event. If inclement weather deems that the event be cancelled, all attempts will be made to reschedule.
